Description
The purpose of this exercise is to let players communicate clearly and efficiently. Players must hold a ball with their bodies in a “snake” line
Organization
- Create teams of 2 players
- Give each team a blindfold
- Line up the players on the sidelines and have 1 player blindfolded
- Place a pylon somewhere on the field
- Players must lead each other talking to the pylon
